A LaserSecure reader is used for reliable on-site authentication of products bearing the marking. To authenticate the product the read head of the reader is moved to the surface that needs to be tested, if the read head detects the presence (and sufficient intensity) of the LaserSecure pigments, the lamp will switch to green.
