The Digemid Health Agency ran a training program for prosecutors and pharmacists in Tacna, Puno, Iquitos and Tumbes to step up the fight against illegal medicines trade in border regions. The aim of the training program was to enforce skills and remind those involved that numerous sanctions for medicine falsification are provided for in the Penal Code.
