Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) inspectors raided 21 pharmacies, distributors, and medical stores in Islamabad during a major crackdown on fake medicines. During the operation, five pharmacies and shops were sealed and 55 illegal medical treatments, which were traded on the black market, were seized. Officials carried out the operation following a complaint about substandard beauty creams.
