Dominican police dismantled a Venezuelan gang of traffickers involved in counterfeiting, tampering with, and exporting, medicines.
The General Directorate for Customs has reported that during raids it discovered fake medicines, laboratory equipment, chemical products and raw materials used in manufacturing medicines. The suspects had created a business retailing fake medicines, found a distributor to sell the products and had set up a warehouse.
