Thiès Regional Court confirmed the respective sentences of five and seven years for Amadou Woury Diallo and his co-defendant Barra Sylla. An international arrest warrant has been issued against Guinea-born Amadou Woury Diallo who was granted presidential pardon on February 3, 2019.
