DRC: falsified antimalarial tablets with zero quinine content discovered

The EPN Minilab working group has reported that a falsified batch of Quinine Sulphate 500mg tablets pretending to be manufactured by the local company Pharmakina, but containing no quinine, is in circulation. The label indicates SD15-L8009 as batch number, 12/2015 as manufacturing and 12/2020 as expiry date.
