The Health minister announced that pre-shipment testing process will be launched to fight against falsified medicines. As of March, medicines will be tested before shipping. “Sample testing will ensure that the product matches Health minister-approved specifications,” said the minister. A pilot phase will begin in India, Mozambique’s main medicine supplier.
