
An Indore factory, Amia Life sciences, has been dismantled following an investigation into the distribution of a banned medicine, Approjholom. The factory had a license for making ayurvedic medicines but was also illegally producing generic medicines like paracetamol and Amlodivin. Police seized several drums filled with substances that were used for making the medicines, capsules and packaging machines. The owner has been arrested.
