The Brazilian Health Agency (ANVISA) has forbidden the distribution, sale and use of Hormonotrop 12 UI powder and diluent for injecting. The ban follows the manufacturing laboratory’s discovery of two falsified batches: numbers CC40793 and CC60602. The product is used for growth failure in children and is manufactured by Bergamo ltda laboratory.
