On 20 October, the Nigerian National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) seized fake medicines and unwholesome products at Akanu-Ibiam International airport, Enugu. Amongst the products uncovered were unlabeled chemicals, medicines labeled in Chinese only and fake sex devices. The Agency also arrested a suspect for importing fake gynecological antifungal treatments.
