A federal lawsuit against FedEx accusing the company of knowingly delivering illicit medicines from illegal Internet pharmacies has been dropped. Despite internal email correspondence showing FedExâ involvement in illegally prescribed medicines shipping, the Department of Justice has dismissed all remaining charges in the case against FedEx. Last March, most of the charges had to be removed because of a procedural error.
