The IRACM, in partnership with WHO, organized in Brussels a 2-day training and brainstorming session on the counterfeit medicine dedicated to the accredited experts. Both organizations reissued their collaboration by bringing the best customs detectives to optimize interceptions of fake drugs at the border. We must remember here that their previous operational cooperation had for example resulted in the seizure of nearly 756 million illicit and counterfeit pharmaceuticals in the major African seaports.
