    IRACM

The Institute of Research Against Counterfeit Medicines, IRACM, aims to educate the public and the authorities on the scourge of counterfeit drugs. Since its inception, IRACM has become a center of excellence in its field of competence. The institute has trained and raised awareness several thousands of people to the dangers of counterfeit drugs.

    Bernard LEROY, Director of IRACM

The counterfeiting of medicines is an increasingly serious phenomenon with terrible consequences on public health care and public order. It enriches organized crime and threatens the future of public health care and democracy. We have to take action aimed at optimizing the international treaties and agreements, and create bilateral agreements and model laws.
